Diagnosis of Human Papillomavirus with Breast Cancer by RT-qPCR

Human samples from breast cancer patients were collected from October 2024 to December 2024. The age range of the patients was 36 to 75 years. The RT-qPCR method was used to detect Human Papillomavirus in all samples; the results showed twenty-eight positive cases for Human Papillomavirus. The population groups studied were divided into four age groups: 36-45, 46-55, 56-65, and 66-75 years. The Second group (46-55) had the highest number of infected cases at 42.85%, compared to the age group 36-45 at 10.71%, 56-65 at 25% ,and the age group 66-75 at 21.42%.
